The Jam Room, brainchild of Alice Fraser, is a boutique music agency working in conjunction with Laura Hill. Their combined experience draws original blues, roots, folk and reggae style bands from across Australia to the Adelaide music scene.
Alice has introduced 2 new & exciting live music nights to Adelaide’s gig guide; each Wednesday at The Highway known as The Combie Room and Sunday’s at The Glenelg Surf Club known as La Mar Sundays. These gigs aim to support both South Australian blues, roots & reggae bands and touring acts by offering live music hot spots at established venues outside the CBD.
Super cool & passionate Alice Fraser of the Jam Room said earlier this week “by collaborating with Arts Projects, Coopers and The Highway it gives artists access to extensive promotional opportunities, which is an extremely valuable platform for any emerging talent.”
More so than anything else, Australia continually produces quality acts. By adding weekly programs such as The Combie Room to the live music roster means audiences can be treated to original talent, steering the scene away from covers and another rendition of Brown Eyed Girl!
