Blog: Four Weeks To Fabulous

On October 13th, my new family and I will be heading to London and then Malaysia on our first proper holiday.

It's been 3 and a half months since I had our beautiful daughter Ivy Grace, and we can't wait to introduce her to Steve's family (& sneak in a little time for ourselves!)

Now its time to ensure I make a great first impression and feel good about the inevitable family photos to come. Plus it wouldn't hurt to feel nice in a bathing suit again (it's been over a year since I've worn one!)

In the two weeks following Ivy's birth, I lost half of my baby weight (7kg) but haven't moved a single gram more since then. It took about 7 weeks for me to recover from childbirth and then I had an operation (to remove an ovarian cyst) so I've also had to recover from that.

During this recovery period I've been eating healthily and walking where I can, but nothing has made any difference. The weight & my bizarre new figure have stuck around.

So, with less than four weeks to go, it's time to bring in the big guns.

Prior to falling pregnant I threw myself into Hypoxi (with amazing results), so I'm keen to see if it will work with my post-baby body.

I'm not so hung up on the weight, but my stomach is a weird shape, which means none of my pre-baby clothes fit.

Can i make a difference in four weeks?

The challenge has been set.

Today I begin my new Hypoxi regime at the North Adelaide boutique and I'll be posting weekly updates so you can track my progress. If you want more details, I'll also be tweeting about my experience at @kellynoble.

Wish me luck!
