Big News From Sparkke With A New Pub In The Works!

Adelaide, you’ll soon be welcoming a Sparkke fueled community-based pub in the heart of Adelaide! (Oh, and a new brewery!)

Big, big, big news out of South Australia own Sparkke! They’re pretty much everywhere now, the alcohol with purpose, from the ‘Boundless Plains to Share’ ginger beer, to the ‘Say I Do’ sparkling wine, Adelaide, and The Fringe is going especially nuts for this female led brand!

It’s been a year since they began, and to celebrate their 1st birthday Sparkke are prepping for a HUGE year ahead (and we mean it).

Adelaide, we will soon be welcoming a Sparkke fueled community-based pub in the heart of Adelaide! The pub will welcome the community in and give them the freedom to have great conversations revolving around social change. It will also act as a creative hub for events, great, local food and Sparkke natural & local booze.

This pub is complementary of the Sparkke brand and has always been a big part of the greater plan.

Also a part of the greater plan is the GIANT news that they will be opening a brewery less than 10 minutes from the city centre, with the capacity to produce up to 1 million litres annually!!

As well as ramping up its bold brand presence across the Australian market, Sparkke’s new brewery and pub is also expecting to generate more than 50 new jobs for the South Australian economy.

Head Brewer Agi Gajic states, “2018 is going be a wild ride for Sparkke. We’ll be building a brewery and taking over the reigns of a pub too. We’re all pretty pumped. I’ll catch some zzzs in 2020.”

With their strapline ‘Made By Women For Everyone’, the female-led team sees their award-winning bevvies as being genuinely inclusive for all. Beyond bringing their brews and bubbles to their Sparkke-branded pub, the ten-strong crew is developing a unique venue that delivers on the young company’s values of inclusivity, raw truth, individuality and social equity. The pub is also creating food and entertainment partnerships, and will serve as a blueprint for Sparkke’s ambitious plans for national expansion.

Co-founder Rose Kentish says “You couldn’t have found two more exciting spaces than our brewery and pub venues. We’ve always thought of Sparkke as a festival of humanity. We see the brewery as our spiritual home while the pub provides an amazing space where our community can gather to enjoy great beer, wine, food and company. It’s the blueprint for a number of inclusive Sparkke venues across Australia.”

You can catch Sparkke all over the Adelaide Fringe, and soon at our newest local!
