Kelly Noble (Glam Adelaide Managing Director) and I were lucky enough to meet celebrity tailor Wendy Li yesterday at Tailors of Distinction on Unley Road.We had both decided to get tailor made Bespoke suits fitted while Wendy was in town.
Wendy is based in Beijing and travels the world to design suits for celebrities and clients like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Of course, we jumped at the chance of a fitting with her!
Initially I was a little intimidated by the whole process but didn’t need to be. We were taken through each choice step by step and we actually had fun doing it.
Tailors of Distinction’s Andrew Kent and Jason Nieuwoudt were also there to help. Stay tuned for our first fitting in about 3 weeks to see the (almost!) finished product.

Kelly chose this blouse to wear with her suit. Andrew and Wendy helped to find a colour and pattern to complement her suit.
It was my turn to match the shirt. I didn’t have much idea, so I’m glad I had the experts there to help!
