There’s nothing quite as evocative of the American Dream as the effortlessly cool 50’s style Miami bars. Adelaide’s soon getting its own slice of ice-cool Americana in Two Suns, a chic rooftop bar set to open up at 41 Currie St. Pinnacle PM, the masterminds behind the downstairs Lady Burra Brewhouse, are fronting the construction of this Floridian-style drinkery, and the early concepts they’ve released look AMAZING:
Think pastel umbrellas, palm trees, and fruity rum cocktails – this will be the destination for Adelaideans looking to kick back on a lounger, soak up some rays and take some summery Instas with their mates with views over the Riverbank to the north and the beach to the west. There’s nothing to fear from the wintry weather either, as Two suns will have a cover over the terrace areas during the middle of the year.

The Miami-style bar will also feature private dining areas for your functions, where you can partake of the sharing-style plates of wood-fired pizzas and antipasto platters.
For those looking to cut loose, we hear they’ll have live music and DJ’s in the evenings, so you can wear some holes into the soles of your boat shoes.
