For far too long, Adelaide fashion lovers have been neglected with a lack of serious, independent fashion events here in South Australia.
Last year, all that changed with the launch of Fashion Avenue – a showcase of some of the state’s best up and coming designers attended by a sell out crowd of more than 500 people.
This year, Fashion Avenue takes its already successful formula to the next level, combining emerging designers with some of the state’s most iconic labels in a spectacular Autumn/Winter event to rival parades seen anywhere in the country.
The Fashion Week style event will feature not one, but three separate, visually dynamic parades featuring labels including Porcelain, Penny Anne, None the Richer and Frankie and Bath through to style icons Razak, Liza Emanuele, George Gross and Harry Who, Angel Wings, Finders Keepers, Oscar the Third and Alexis George.
While the event will have more than its fair share of VIP guests in attendance, unlike similar invite-only events, Fashion Avenue will have a limited number of tickets available for purchase by the general public.
Prestige brand partners include Giorgio Armani, Belvedere Vodka and Peroni, and for the second year running, Glam Adelaide is proud to sponsor this amazing event.
Rarely has Adelaide seen an independent fashion event of this magnitude, and with tickets expected to sell fast to the May 8 event at The Queens Theatre, fashion lovers are encouraged to get in early to secure their tickets.
