Meet Little Tinnie – the new adorably-named roaming bar, popping up in Clare Valley this weekend.

Based out of a custom-made caravan, the retro bar will pop up around around the Clare, serving up wine, cocktails and wood-fired dishes. Custom-made in Victoria, the caravan is decked out with wood panelling and pressed tin, with a snazzy black and white external paint job.

It’s a side project for Edwina Mitchell of Mitchell Wines and Guy Parkinson, head chef and owner of Seed Winehouse and Kitchen.

Little Tinnie will serve first drinks this Sunday, popping up at Mitchell Wines (246 Hughes Park Rd, Sevenhill) from noon-5pm. You can enjoy Mitchell Wines by the glass or G&Ts, and they will be dishing up gourmet hot dogs, wood-grilled chicken tacos, fried jalapeno and jack cheese croquettes, and white chocolate black pepper cheesecake.

The bar will be popping up at events, like the Spring Soiree in October, and the caravan will also be available to hire for weddings and events. They’re also adding a beer tap in the near future.
