On Wednesday 7th December, Goyder Pavilion at the Adelaide Showgrounds will be transformed to party central for the annual Ladies of Variety (LOV) Children’s Christmas Party.
Over 1500 invited children are expected to attend this yearly event organised by the LOV committee; a committee of dedicated professional women who volunteer their time to help bring many smiles to the children in need throughout South Australia.
Each year this event is a highlight for many children and the hardworking volunteers who care for all the children. This year’s entertainment will be from Adelaide Cover Band “Flaming Sambucas” as well as Popular Children’s Entertainer Peter Combe which will be sure to have both children and adults dancing.
Adding to the fun of the day there will be many special delights on offer including; face painters, temporary tattoo artists, Fire Engines, the Magic Cave Bus and Pageant Floats.
A highlight of the event itself each year is a special guest appearance from everyone’s favorite man; Santa Claus. Once again he is taking time out of his busy schedule to come and wish everyone attending a very Merry Christmas.
