What is a limited edition cocktail you ask? Look, honestly we’re not sure. It’s not like we’re still kids collections sports cards or something. Maybe it’s got something to do with the fact these are some of the best mixologists in Adelaide behind the bar, making ridiculously nice cocktails all day, every day for the month of November?
Either way, we reckon they’re worth a try. The Espresso Martini, for example has a little twist – made with patron XO Café, vanilla infused cognac, Kahlua + cold drip coffee, shaken and stirred in an antique martini glass.
The Apple Jar meanwhile is pretty much all freshly juiced apples + your choice of base spirit, served over ice and topped with dehydrated apple pieces – hello summer in a glass!
